A. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Cost for Priority Mail is $0.34 per ounce. Ground shipping cost is $0.29 per ounce. The minimum shipping charge is $2.50. The maximum shipping charge is $18.00 for US customers.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. International customers will receive a separate bill for shipping, payable online.
Products usually ship within 2 to 4 days after payment is received.
We ship by various methods (USPS or UPS). Transit time is usually 3 to 5 days.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped.
